Tolerance

Wow we all have been tested a bit with either family staying with us or us staying with family. Learning to see the good and let the bad roll off our backs is certainly a challenge for us all.

It is amazing what great things come from a great attitude with all of this. I strongly suggest reading A New Earth By Ecart Tolley (Sp) and learn how to let things go and come from your soul instead of your ego.

In all the chaos sometimes it is easy to forget that we need to accept our family for all that they are and nothing we say or do is going to dramatically change the way they are. We are all responsible for our actions and reactions so make the choice to let it roll off your back and enjoy the time with your family.

Write Thank you notes to all who touched you this Season and enjoy the gratitude that comes back to you 100 fold.

Staying focused again...

Wow, I am really learning alot about myself. I have to stay focused on the LOA to keep me grounded and in an attitude of gratitude. In other words if I am not reading or doing affirmations and visualizations daily I tend to slip back to my old ways. And imagine that it usually happens around the same time of the month. Damn Hormones LOL. Anyway I have been getting better and better at pulling myself out of this funk and staying on track. That my fellow LOAers is why it is so important to make your affirmations a real priority in your daily routine.

I love to meditate and have found to help me I get on youtube and search LOA meditation and find a great one to just sit back and listen to. It makes me feel so refreshed.

You vision board can be super helpful too. Take a moment in your day and reflect on your dreams and do something everyday to bring you closer to that. Actions are louder than words and just like god, the universe helps those who help themselves. Don't just sit there, do something!

Keep on keepin on and do something inspirational and make your dreams come true one day at a time.

The Universe says YES!

So I went to my weekly meeting last night and continued a conversation that I had 2 weeks ago with one of my friends about doing seminars and workshops on the LOA. We both are passionate about sharing our knowledge and she is a marketer! That is the one thing that I was scared about is marketing something like that and where? She already has it all figured out. The other thing that was stressing me a little was that I am not sure how to handle the person that sucks the air out of the room in a class type situation and she had that figured out to.

Keep in mind that each time I felt myself going to that stressed place in my mind I would remind myself that the Universe says yes to what ever I am putting my energy towards so I would shift gears and realize that it will all be fine. the Universe said yes and it is all fine. We are going to do these workshops/seminars together and she will be in my upcoming class and be able to help me with any difficult situations. Thank you Universe for making it so effortless.

So remember that the Universe always and I mean always says YES! Next time you are getting excited about something and then you let your ego take over and tell you that it won't work remember that the Universe will say yes to what ever you are putting your energy into so keep it positive and have faith because it works every single time and it is so much better when it is good stuff!

Your surroundings, your home.

Being that we are all spirits having a physical experience our surroundings are very important. If we live in a home that is decorated nicely and clean we tend to do better all the way around. So it is time to get your surroundings in order and make them a happy place to be.

Start small and go from there. When you see something that needs cleaning or organizing go for it, get it done now. I personally do what like the least first and get it out of the way.

Piles can be huge in your home and now is the time to take care of them. Pick a pile and put it all away, go do it right now I will wait... tap tap tap goes my foot. LOL

Are you back so soon, see that didn't take any time at all, just keep doing that and soon you will be clutter free.

The nice thing about stuff is it flows in and out of your life so if you are looking at a new piece of furniture make room for it now and it will come faster than you think. Don't be afraid to get things out of your home that are driving you crazy. We don't take any of it with us so don't worry be happy with your things.

Make your bed in the morning, load the dishwasher, vacuum and sweep. Simple things can make all the difference about how you feel about your surroundings and that will help change you into who you really are.

I recently redecorated my living room just by moving things around and adding and deleting some things and it gave me a boost to see how cute it can be when I put some effort into it. You don't have to spend a dime to get things in order and change it up. Have fun. Take everything down off the shelves and walls and do it all over again from scratch.

Making your surroundings a part of your overall transformation. Get inspired by homes that make you swoon and create a great space for you.
